This Return and Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on www.promptsu.com. Because Promptsu sells digital products, this policy differs from the returns process you may be used to with physical goods.
Nature of Our Products
All products sold by Promptsu are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped, and there is nothing to return by post.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order without giving a reason. For digital content, this right ends as soon as you begin downloading or accessing the product, provided you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so ends your right to cancel. We collect this consent at checkout before completing your purchase.
When Refunds Are Available
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- You have not yet accessed or downloaded the product and request cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law or where the product is faulty as described above. Change of mind after download is not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@promptsu.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will either provide a working replacement or issue a full refund, depending on what resolves the issue.
