These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.promptsu.com and your purchase of digital products from Promptsu ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally not eligible for refund, except as set out below or as required by law.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under UK law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an order. For digital content, this right ends once download or access begins, provided you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so. We will seek this consent at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

Licence to Use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and digital products on this site remain the intellectual property of Promptsu unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Promptsu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our digital products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if applicable to your registered business address).
